Sabi Sand Game Reserve is situated in Mpumalanga, South Africa. The reserve comprises 65 000 hectares (153 000 acres) bordering on the Kruger National Park, sharing a 50km (31 mile) unfenced eastern boundary to the Kruger Park. No fences exist within these areas so animals are free to roam throughout. Expected game viewing for this region is the Big 5 of Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Rhino and Buffalo with good chances of sighting Wild Dog, Hyena and Cheetah.
