The Lower Zambezi National Park is located in Zambia and bordering on the mighty Zambezi River. The reserve comprises 4092 square kilometers with most of the game concentrations found along the Zambezi River. No fences exists between boundaries or countries (Zimbabwe) so animals are free to roam and migrate.
Expected game viewing for this region is Lion, Leopard, Elephant and Buffalo with good chances of sighting wild dog and hyena. All types of general game species occur - namely, varying antelope and zebra as well as hippo and crocodile.
